From Builder Magazine and Professional Builder Magazine

Grayhawk Homes ranks #82 on the Builder 100, reporting 303 home closings for $62 million in total revenue. The Builder 100 list is comprised of both private and public builders and identifies the top builders in America by annual closings, gross revenue, and rate of change year over year as well as information about where and what they build.

Housing demand generated by Fort Benning’s $3.5 billion expansion was the balm that soothed Georgia-based Grayhawk Homes, which moved up 44 slots and cracked into the top 100 in 2011. And when Minnesota–based Rottlund Homes closed last year, Grayhawk was able to scoop up its division in Iowa and now sells homes in six communities around Des Moines.” John Caulfield of BuilderOnline.com stated.

Professional Builder magazine, another National Publication ranked Grayhawk Homes 104th  on their list of the nation’s largest builders. Their list ranks builders by dollar volume and included another local builder, Flournoy Construction Company, LLC which ranked 123rd.

Grayhawk Homes recently received other national recognition when they received the “Leadership in Housing Award” from The Environmental Protection Agency as well as the “Top Efficiency Builder Award” from Georgia Power.
