Grayhawk Homes of Columbus, Georgia has been awarded the Top Efficiency Builder Award of 2011 from Georgia Power. An event was held at The Chattahoochee River Club on April 11, 2012 to honor Dave Erickson and the Grayhawk Homes Team. During the event, Paul Bruner of Georgia Power spoke about the importance of the building industry in local communities and the benefits of building energy efficient homes.
Energy Efficiency in the building industry has been around for years, but only select builders are committed to building ENERGY STAR homes, even fewer builders are like Grayhawk Home and are committed to building 100% ENERGY STAR Qualified Homes. What this means for the home buyer is that homes that are built and Qualified as ENERGY STAR, those homes are at a minimum 15% more efficient than the local building code. This translates to more comfortable homes with consistent temperatures, higher air quality, and savings for the home owner. (Click Here to Learn More)
