Program requirements:

  1. A referral coupon must be originated and validated prior to consulting with a Real Estate Agent or previewing any of our homes.
  2. The program is valid for new contracts only.
  3. Paid upon closing of a Grayhawk Homes, Inc transaction only.
  4. Upon confirmation of referred prospect, Grayhawk Homes, Inc will designate a sales agent to assist the referred customer. The referred prospect must contract for their new home within 60 days of the referral date with the sales agent designated by Grayhawk Homes, Inc. in order for this agreement to be valid.
